So at some point a couple years ago I quit it with the compulsive exercising thing because it seemed like it was bad for my…compulsivity, and maybe also slightly bad for my body image issues.
Now I feel sort of doughy and unappealing, so I’m thinking I should start being a Serious Exerciser Person again, but I don’t really know how to do that in a normal, non-compulsive way. ...
